Ok so i got this tattoo about a week ago on my left arm, at first it was really red and sore for about the first 3 days and now all of the redness has gone away and it is not sore anymore. Now it just itches. Obviusly before we began my tattoo we shaved my arm. Now that my hair is starting to grow back i feel like im getting in grown hairs? four little red bumps on my arm only one of them is right next to the area we most recently tattooed the rest are in kind of random places on my arm. They itch also, i looked up symptoms of an infected tattoo and the only one i have is my tattoo feels warm, but no fever, no funny smell, no puss, no soreness and all of the redness has went away. I went to my artist and he assured me it was not infected but i just want to make sure. He said that it looks like i had an allergic reaction to something which is wierd because i have a lot of tattoos as it is, the only thing i did different with this one was i scrubbed it a lot which i know was not very smart now lol. I know for a fact all of the needles we used were 100% brand new because it was my friend who did the work and i know how he runs his shop. The tattoo is now starting to dull out a little bit. As i said though no redness anymore no puss or anything like that, it was scabbed up for a couple of days but now pretty much all of the scabs have fallen off. Does this sound like its infected at all, or what can i do to heal it completely. Anyways, so my question is, what would make me a little bit darker BY TONIGHT.. should i go into a tanning bed for 10 minutes, or apply sunless tanning lotion (i'm low on money so i can only do one)
I want to know if 10 minutes in a bed would make any difference, and if the sunless tanning lotion will make me darker by tonight (because i heard some lotions take 24 hours to turn dark)
